Q: How do I pay for my unit?
A: We take Money Order, Checks and Most Major Credit Cards. Amex not accepted.
Q: When is my payment due?
A: Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
Q: Are there any late fees?
A: Yes, ask management.
Q: Are there any other fees?
A: Yes, there is a one time set up fee of $20, a $9.95 fee for the cylinder lock and a half a months security due at lease signing.
Q: What are your office hours?
A: We are open 7 days a week, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. We are closed on major holidays.
Q: When will I have access to my unit?
A: Gate hours are from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm, 365 days a year.
Q: Do you sell packing and moving supplies?
A: Yes. We have a large variety of supplies available for your convenience from boxes and tape to furniture covers.
Q: Do you have moving trucks available?
Q: Do you offer commercial storage?
A: Yes. At Middlesex Self Storage we do provide both commercial and residential storage.
Q: Does your facility have elevators?
A: Yes. We have elevators and lift gates as well as moving carts for your convenience.
Q: Is my storage unit secure?
A: Yes. Your security is our priority. We have 24 hour digital video surveillance. Each unit is individually alarmed.
Q: Is there a Resident Manager on site?
Q: Can I store my car or motorcycle?
A: Yes. We have units up to 35 feet deep where you can store your motor vehicle. You MUST use an Oil Mat under it to catch any possible leakage. Oil Mats are available for sale in our front office.
Q: Is there a difference between indoor and outdoor units?
A: Yes. All our outdoor units are drive-ups. They are located on the first floor which gives you the ability to load/unload your belongings directly from/to your vehicle. Our inside units are all climate controlled to protect your belongings from extreme weather.
