In accordance with New Jersey law, effective March 1, 2026, Middlesex Self Storage is required to publish certain legal notices on its official website.

The following legal notice relates to the March 21, 2026, storage lien auction:

Middlesex Self Storage wishing to avail themselves of the provision under the “New Jersey Self Storage Facility Act (N.J.S.A. 2A:44-187 et seq.)” hereby gives notice of sale under said act to wit; on Saturday March 21, 2026 @ 10am, Middlesex Self Storage will conduct an online sale @ storageauctions.com to the highest bidder, for cash only, of the contents of space:

Unit 0056       Adilson Brandao                 Boxes, paint, furniture, bags, bins, etc.

Unit 0168       Aldolphus Domingo           Furniture, air conditioner, electronics, boxes, bags

Unit 0591      Tyquan Mayes                      Tools, large containers

Unit 0670       Lindell Lawrence                 Tools, tool chests, tires, barrels, hand   cart, bags

Unit 0915      Sharmane Collymore          Boxes, Totes, Household Items, misc. items, etc.

This sale is being made to satisfy the land-lords lien. The public is invited to attend. Sale is subject to adjournment. Reserve the right to cancel public sale.
